Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase
- Products must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In original packaging
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your product is faulty or not working properly, we will arrange an exchange.
This includes:
- Device not working
- Charging issues
- Manufacturing defects
Important Conditions
- Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible
- This includes:
- Liquid or water damage
- Physical damage
- Wear and tear

We can arrange pickup at the same delivery cost as your order
📦 Self Shipping
You may ship the product to us directly
Refund Options
Refunds can be issued as:
- Bank transfer
- Store credit
- Cash (for COD orders)
Warranty Policy
All products are covered for manufacturing defects only

- Internal faults
What is NOT Covered
- Liquid or water damage
- Physical damage
- Misuse or accidental damage

E-liquids are subject to personal preference.
